5. What`s the lead time for my order?
With thousand tons of ready stock, we can make immediate shipment. For non-standard specifications, we require Max. 30 days for production.
6. Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?
Yes, but only for some particular country which is U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia.
7. What is the minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.
8. What`s your policy for inferior quality products?
With strict quality control system throughout the production process, we keep the lowest defectiveness radio. For years of export experience, we received very few complaints about the quality. However, if there is any quality issue, we accept the goods shipped back and make new shipments in return. Or we shall suggest the customer to scrap the aluminum locally, and we will compensate the price difference to the customer. We will not let customers take any loss.
